5. Payment Terms

Clients agree to pay the fees specified in the project agreement. Payment terms include:

• Invoices must be paid within the specified timeframe (e.g., 15 days).
• Late payments may incur additional fees or interest charges.
• Failure to pay may result in project delays or termination of services.

6. Revisions and Quality Assurance

We strive for accuracy and quality in all deliverables. Clients may request revisions within a specified timeframe after delivery. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement if the other party breaches these Terms. In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment of completed work up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ohtime is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Errors or inaccuracies in source materials provided by the client.

9. Intellectual Property

Clients retain ownership of their source materials. Translated and edited materials become the client's property upon full payment.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Santa Catarina/Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of [Insert Location].
